How long does dealextreme take to deliver
Give it 2 weeks at least, they say that you should contact them if it doesnt get to you within 14 business days 2 weeks so yeah. Sometimes it can take forever for your order to ship if they are waiting for suppliers. I ordered a few items on January 18th. I received an email yesterday that my order shipped.
This was my first order with them. First time shopping there took about 1month and 2 weeks. I didn't worry too mch about it. Not at all! Be far better off it…. Hi guys this website DX. I have been informed that my parcel shipped on the 30th of September. The products I ordered were some urgent materials for one of our projects and we have really in trouble with our customers.

I bought a pocket watch, the number fell of the dial of the watch within one week. I tried to write a bad review about the watch, including photo and they refused to approve it. What a sham. The reviews are a sham. Here is the message I got from DX. I have ordered an Item from DX. They have promised that the order with be delivered within days. However, not received as of 07 Nov The worst part is, they I have no Idea what is going on and how much more time it will take to be delivered.
I have also written a message to seller to understand the status but seller did not bother to reply. Its frustrating. I have ordered on dealextreme before, have good experience. I try to place an order on dealextreme. I try to contact customer service via live chat, there is no one help me, alway show : Please wait for a site operator to respond. All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience.
An operator will be with you shortly. I have ordered some parts from DealeXtreme and received the wrong order. They offered me a replacement but first I had to send everything back at my own expense. Absolutely ridiculous than I had to pay for their mistake! Do not order anything from DealeXtreme!
I made a purchase on the dealextreme of 4 items, totaling The items never arrived 6 months of waiting. I opened a ticket and the dx suggested that I contact the postal service, however I do not have to demand from the postal company because who hired the service was the dealextreme itself, they have the right to a refund, not me. The ticket is open and I have no answer, I think I lost my money. I made test purchases on this DX. Bad site, does not translate everything and gets mixed languages.
Delivery time of 1 week on site and after purchase the seller comes with 2 months history. They delivered the products in front of the house and the other one in which the period of discharge until the short was not delivered. There is no on-site dispute option as it is necessary to. I made the unbelievable mistake of ordering my camera at DealExtreme instead of using any other trusted website. Reason: It said it would deliver within seven working days.
It has been 2 months. I get little to no reply from the customer service, after I opened several unanswered complain ticket. When I told them by sending several messages and finally calling them , they sent me yet another automatic reply by saying that I should wait, for another two more weeks.
I wish I read the customer reviews before making this order. If you purchased through Paypal, I recommend you open a ticket through them. I read some people never received their orders and waited for over six months. They are not to be trusted and we should spread the word. I order an item from this site on 25th May , today its 25 June Till now have not received any item, customer rep replies item was sent without tracking number so they cant give any status and i need to wait weeks.
I am not getting any response when i said i am going to take legal action on your site. No reply yet. The website indicated the items were in stock and would ship with 4 days and in transit about 14 days with free shipping.
After 4 weeks I contacted the company and asked for a tracking number. I checked and it was not at the post office. Still they had sent me a tracking number to prove my order had shipped.
By now it was almost 6 weeks. I immediately responded back to them that PayPal has a 45 day limit on opening a dispute against the order if it did not show up in the additional 10 days. They stopped responding so I had to open a dispute with PayPal. A few days later I was refunded the purchase price minus PayPal transaction fee. It had now been alomost 8 weeks since the order was placed and no package has arrived—it is apparent they never sent anything and were either just stalling because the items were not available or they were just fraudulently stealing my money.
I received an email saying it was backordered and they did not know when they would get more. Not wanting to wait for and indefinite amount of time, I canceled my order, expecting a refund.
They canceled the order, but never issued a refund. Why would I trust them? I ordered 6 x cap lights from Dealextreme China on 28th January They sent me a USB cable?? After 3 weeks waiting for their response they confirmed shipping of the correct order.
I received today only one of the six items ordered. I imported from other businesses in China with no problem. Wessel Germishuizen. I dont know. But , from what I understand , its second class mail , it only moves out of HK when there is space available , so if regular mail , first class mail , registered mail fill a plane , the free stuff sits on the floor.. Always remember , the easiest thing in the world to do , is to expel hot air from your lungs and through some vocal chords.. The resulting sound may , or may not be worth listening too ….
Well I blame DX. I paid my order Nov It sit there until I received a shipped notice Dec Now into 43 PP days, still not even at the post office. It does seem like DX eventually ships, but with 43 paypal days gone by, I'd seriously consider starting a dispute.
It doesn't have to get escalated, but it'll protect you and maybe remind DX not to be so slow. Yep it works like that. But you can't "blame" HK Post either, if you don't buy bulk post your stuff gets shipped in time But with the upcoming Chinese New Year all bets are off.

I suspect the DX light that was on the order is still "waiting for suppliers" though. Glad my mate is patient! Have ordered a couple of things from them in the past which have arrived within a couple of weeks. Some discussions suggest HK Post Office may be at fault…. I decided to contact my local post office, they apparently tried to deliver the item at the start of november sometime and say they left a card. I never saw such a card. They have now returned the item to DX!!!!! I raised a ticket with DX customer services 7 days ago now, but no response from them yet.
When royal mail works, it works well. But when they mess things up they really do it well!!!! Cant see myself getthing hold of my P7 torch for a good few weeks yet. DX customer service being worse than average up to press.
Grumm — Cheers for the offer. Already got a light I use on my handlebars… was going to use the p7 as an additional helmet light. They have informed me that the item has been returned to sender. I recevied no notice through my letter box informing me that I had missed the delivery.
