Why ufc should be banned

Not only that, but also especially in the case of Bokator and Karate, fighters are either taking skills from arts that were presumptuously ineffective for MMA or taking skills from arts that were initially not designed for the Octagon, and they're finding ways to make those styles work effectively inside the heat of an MMA fight.

The same negative connotations that once surrounded Bokator and Karate, especially Shotokan Karate and Kyokushin Karate, are now applied to other traditional martial arts around the world, and it creates a clear uncertainty as to whether some styles can work effectively in MMA, but why ban them?

Is it because their purest forms are seen as too deadly for the cage, or is it because they really are more ineffective inside the cage than some want us to think they already are in real life, or is it because the skeptics are too afraid to see a style in action, knowing fully well that it will prove somewhat effective in MMA?

There is no certain reason, it seems, but unless I am incorrect, they do call this sport "Mixed Martial Arts",and although the new school runs the roost, is that any excuse to permanently bury the traditional martial arts, knowing full well that each discipline of the martial arts contains at least one technique that can be used in MMA legally and effectively? The evidence — backed by the British Medical Association BMA and numerous other medical associations across the world — is that the cumulative effect of repeated blows to the head, as suffered by all MMA fighters and boxers, can cause permanent brain injury.

Too many individuals are forced to struggle on a daily basis with the devastating effects of brain injuries sustained in unavoidable circumstances. It is difficult for those families to comprehend why someone would willingly put themselves at risk of lifetime disability or death. If participants of MMA fully understood what it meant to lose a loved one or struggle to walk or feed yourself, perhaps they would think twice before entering the ring.

A year-old in the prime of his life has died after someone deliberately punched him in the head. The police would be called and the fighters arrested. Instead, as a society we continue to sit back and allow audiences to pay money to watch this violence in the name of entertainment.

As the popularity of MMA has soared, there are people making vast sums of money by encouraging young people to risk their lives. People do all manner of sports that are life threatening and do them anyway. There is absolutely sportsmanship and respect amongst the athletes. I love martial arts and to be able to compete without restrictive rules is the freedom we wanted for years.

That being said, An athlete needs to know when to retire, At a certain point when they can no longer compete at the higher level. MMA deserves as much respect as any other contact sport and brings in some of the most entertaining moments o0f the last 2 decades if you can't hack it then don't watch it but don't take it away from the millions that do.

No it shouldn't be banned. Also if the men or women who play MMA want to that's them worry about yourself. Mixed Marshal Arts is a competitive sport and its violent but its fun to watch and I play myself so i think it should not be banned.
